Employer Compliance

Employers must meet legal requirements to hire temporary foreign workers and must comply with the conditions as set out in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR).

ESDC/Service Canada is the authority which reviews the activities of employers in relation to the treatment of foreign workers and their meeting the conditions as outlined in the regulations.
